Masks will be mandatory on board

Considering the increase of traffic during the past few weeks, it becomes more challenging to keep a social distance of 2 meters on board. Therefore, in accordance with Transports Canada’s requirements and following the latest guidelines announced by the government of Québec, the Rivière-du-Loup/Saint-Siméon Ferry has taken the decision to ask all its passengers to wear a protective mask, starting this Monday, July 6th.

Our primary focus remains on assuring, at all times, the security and safety of our clients and our crew members.

Please note that for a certain period of time, and if need be, we will be providing protective masks to passengers who don’t have one. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our clients for their collaboration and their understanding during this unfortunate pandemic.
