Reservation

Reservations are not required for cars to board the MV Trans-Saint-Laurent. However, reservations are recommended for groups of 10 or more travelling by minibus, bus or coach.

Boarding proceeds in order of arrival, so we recommend that you be at the dock:

90 minutes before departure during the summer and holidays
30 minutes before departure during the spring and fall

Recreational vehicles with propane tanks in excess 65-litres are allowed (approved by Transport Canada).

Reservations for minibuses, buses and coaches

Reservations are recommended for groups of 10 or more travelling by minibus, bus or coach. Organizers of such groups are asked to complete the reservation form below.

A copy of the completed form will be emailed to us and we will then contact you as soon as possible.

If you need to cancel

All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. The customer agrees to:

arrive 30 minutes before departure; OR
cancel their reservation at least 15 hours in advance by calling the Rivière-du-Loup/St-Siméon ferry.

In the event that the trip organizer or the minibus, bus or coach company fails to respect this agreement, the credit card on file will be automatically billed $75.
